Soooooo after watching the Mister play Mass Effect, I decided to play it myself, because it's awesome. Mister told me the controls for 2 were a lot friendlier than the ones for 1 (they are, btw), so we grab the Genesis DLC (which was a brilliant way to catch up, btw) and I pop in ME2 and brace myself for the opening.

And the really sad part is, I knew all this was going to happen because I WATCHED THE HUSBAND PLAY IT.

Big feels: gaming gives me them.

WTF crap on a stick with barbecue sauce. My iPod just crashed. Yes, the new one. The one they replaced my old one with after it crashed.

I am death to electronics. DEATH. I'm going to blame the magnet factory in the town where I grew up. It's the only possible explanation for my horrifying doomtouch, given that I haven't dropped the iPod, exposed it to extreme temperatures, or left it anywhere where my cat could have expressed her displeasure with something by peeing on it.

And I am pissed. Tomorrow I'm going to take this stupid thing back and demand either my money back, or an exchange for a different model which doesn't have the flaw that the iPod photo obviously has - because if two of them crash in as many weeks, then there's obviously a flaw in the product.

Bloody electronics. I hate them.
